Processing Time

Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order pieces have a production time of 4–8 weeks, after which they ship according to the timeframes below.

Where We Ship From

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. Orders destined for Mexico are fulfilled directly from Mexico City. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.

Sweden: 2–4 business days European Union: 3–7 business days United States & Canada: 7–14 business days Mexico: 3–7 business days Rest of World: 10–18 business days

These are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for their full declared value during transit.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Uma Legorreta does not collect or prepay duties or taxes, and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs where applicable.
