At Uma Legorreta, every piece is inspected before it leaves our hands. We stand behind what we make.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Pieces marked as ready-to-ship on their product page are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. This is your right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To be eligible:
- The piece must be unworn and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewelry box and all accompanying materials
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund within 14 days. Original outbound shipping is included in the refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Pieces marked as made-to-order on their product page are created specifically for you. They are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Quality Guarantee
Every Uma Legorreta piece carries a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU consumer law.
If a stone becomes loose or falls out due to a fault in the setting or craftsmanship, contact us within 12 months of receiving your order. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.
This guarantee does not cover: loss of stones due to worn prongs from regular use over time, damage from impact or accidental force, exposure to chemicals, perfume, or water, improper storage, or alterations made by a third party.
To make a claim, email [your email] with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect. When in doubt, we review every case individually.
